i have a package that left here two days ago, and I'm just waiting on an update but nothing yet... it should be here tomorrow.

Missing package, 2 wks now. I'm so disgusted.

This place (sorting facility) is nicknamed the "Bermuda triangle". Packages enter and then dissapear. Been waiting 3 weeks on a usps 2 day package.

I just wanted to pass along some information as I think all the negative reviews this facility has received this year may not be fair. For those whom aren't aware, usps is doing massive consolidations this year; 82 facilities across the country are closing causing mail to be rerouted to other facilities. In order for those places to handle the larger influx of shipments the USPS relaxed the transit times for first class mail...all first class mail will no longer be delivered next day whatsoever, and will generally be delivered a whole day later (if not more). Unfortunately it seems with all these new changes that all mail (even priority) are experiencing severe delays across the country since the beginning of the year.

My package is missing my perscription medication. It was suppose to have departed the USPS facility @ Allen Park, Mi 48101 on March 11th at 2:02 am it is now March 16th and my perscriptions still haven't arrived to my post office in New Baltimore. Also had my perscriptions open and damaged upon arrival to my home one time. Getting upset if I don't receive something soon. Alot of things can happen at 2:00 in the morning when it is dark out. Like theft.

17500 OAKWOOD BLVD ALLEN PARK, MI 48101-9701. All of you are leaving bad reviews for the wrong place. I too am having issues with this sorting facility. But you guys are leaving reviews on the wrong place. This is the Allen Park post office not sorting facility. This is the address of the place you guys need to leave bad reviews for 17500 OAKWOOD BLVD ALLEN PARK, MI 48101-9701. Their number is 313-337-2101. Finally found their number on a old newspaper report of a fight at that facility and seen the address then I googled it and BAM had their number and called this morning inquiring about 2 outgoing packages and 4 incoming that were the to be delivered Saturday and yesterday and still are not showing up for today. I ask the clerk were they backed up as I still have not received my packages yet that have yet to either be scanned in or out of that place. Think they need to hire more workers like ASAP. If I moved closer I could be up there wanting my packages like today. I like the postal service but I highly dislike this facility to the max.

This place is OUT OF CONTROL WITH THEFT. I hope the FBI gets involved with this place. I have had THREE UNDELIVERED PACKAGES IN 2 WEEKS NOW! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. NO WONDER USPS IS GOING UNDER. I cannot tell you how PO'd and stressed out I am over this BS they call a USPS sort facility. Give us a choice, NONE of us would EVER go through this hell hole scum of a place.



The managers/supervisors and employees ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. THIS IS SICKENING

Two packages not delivered out of allen park!!! Both mailed at same time. Also Ebay. I hope they bust you guys!!

as others mine must have been ripped off been shipped out from there 5days 15miles to my home from there still not delivered

WHOEVER THE SUPERVISOR IS HERE, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE RELY ON USPS AND PAY YOUR SALARY AND YOU ARE LETTING EMPLOYEES STEAL TONS OF PACKAGES.

The FBI will @ your place soon, I just filed a formal criminal complaint against you for mail fraud. In addition the post master general (Federal Agency) is also doing a criminal fraud investigation your site. You might want to get an attorney

let me start by saying I am the spouse of a postmaster in Ohio. I have the same problem everybody else has they get shipped to Allen Park and then it disappears. I'm trying to run an honest eBay business and this is absolutely ridiculous. I now have to refund my buyers money. the post office sticks up for the post office they don't care one bit about the customer. I asked my wife to look into this thing for 5 days now and all I get is excuses. they are absolutely stealing these packages. and this is coming from the spouse of the United States Postal postmaster.

USPS sucks. A package was to be shipped to me on January 7th and tracking stated it would arrive by January 10th. It is now February 25th and USPS has no clue where the package is even after filing a claim. Tracking shows it supposedly left Allen Park on January 9th which I doubt it left the facility.. Or atleast I doubt it left on a postal truck.

Package has been at Allen Park for 19 days! Amazon order... they sort of need their textbook for school. 9114901159818782379296......

Either a very slow truck or stolen. This is also an Ebay product. I see I'm not the only one complaining.

Get it together Allen Park Sort Facility. You have people working there STEALING PACKAGES. I had a VERY expensive ebay item shipped last week to someone and SURPRISE SURPRISE! ALLEN PARK SORT FACILITY IS THE LAST PLACE IT'S BEEN. NOW I'M OUT MY ITEM AND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND MY BUYER IS EXTREMELY MAD AT ME.



I sure wish I had a choice to where my packages go when I ship them because they would NEVER go to ALLEN PARK. The worst USPS facility in America.



Left them multiple voice mails with NO call back NO response. Horrible management and employee theft is rampant.



The worst part is that this is a felony offense yet these government workers are still stealing.



This place is AWFUL.

Allen Park post is the point of no return for packages. I've had numerous packages get there to be shipped all over the country to never show up. Get it together, Allen Park.

As others have said... Package got to their facility 5 days ago, says it left their facility and it is missing in action. Again I am out my ebay item and out my money. Somebody needs to investigate as there are many other reviews the same as mine.
