They have had a package of mine for 5 days now. I NEED it today. An 8 year old girl won't have a wrap for her dance because you lazy asses can't do your jobs!! If it was Christmas time I'd be a little more understanding but it's not, so it's on you LOSERS!!

Last three packages that have come through Allen Park have been delayed even with paying extra for shipping...no wonder why USPS is losing out to UPS and FedEx!

If a "0" rating was option I would give them a negative 3. I ordered something from West Virginia with 2 day priority shipping to Western Michigan. My package arrived in Allen Park in 2 days and then sat their for 5 additional days with no updates on the system then it miraculously just shows up damaged. Why would a package sit at a facility for 5 days ? Horrendous does not begin to explain the level of complete and utter incompetence at this facility. Avoid it as if you were going to get the plague! Seriously, They obviously could care less or they would have made profound changes by now. Just look at all of the "GLEAMING" reviews. Can you say (The fleecing of America!) UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I'm with everyone else. When I see a package has made it to Allen Park, I cringe. I call this the abyss for packages. I have had so many lost items. It says it departed, yet, the items never arrive. I'd love to see how this facility operates. How can they stay open?

This place is horrible, i'd rather pay double the cost of shipping to see any one of my future packages go through this blackhole. Packages get lost, stolen and rerouted way off course from their actual destination of where they are going. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!

Agree with others: this place is a joke. I'm in Clinton Township and my packages have to go through Allen Park before going to Mount Clemens. Sometimes they send them to Troy, sometimes Pontiac. Currently two packages have been sitting there for four days so no telling when they'll show. Postmaster General really should take a look at this place.

Burn this place to the ground once my package has been delivered!!!!! Horrible just plain ridiculous!

OMG THIS PLACE SUCKS! A package I purchased was dropped off at blissfield MI and for some reason it was sent North East to allen park MI and it took 4 days to go 68 miles, it sat there for 2 days then came to Chicago, I live 30 miles south of Chicago, well it was sent back to allen park, WHY? Who knows? they don't, because I called and she said she didn't know why, that's after waiting a half hour on phone because of the call volume,, hmmm go figure

EVERY TIME MY PACKAGE GETS HERE IT'S HELD UP. IS THERE NORMAL PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY PACKAGE YESTERDAY AND IT'S STI'LL SITTING THERE. THANKS POS ALLEN PARK USPS.

Package is sitting at Post Office 12-12-15 hopefully I will get it before Christmas but not likely because it still has 30 miles to go.

Horrible Service! Three packages ordered on line and three packages sent to another city and not the one that was clearly written on the address! Now Im looking at a tracking number for another package that was sent out 5 days ago and its saying its going to be delayed and they have no other info! GRRRR…If your mail has to come through this facility because of free shipping, I strongly urge you to pay for a different carrier like UPS or FEDEX…this facility is incompetent!

The reviews for this place are astonishing... I order packages through Amazon, Etsy, Airrattle etc. regularly, and while bigger items that can't fit into my mailbox are delivered through FedEd or UPS, small mailbox size items are through USPS. I live in Clinton TWP just about 35 miles north of the Allen Park branch. Less than an hour drive. It's always as bad as these reviews say. Most recently, I ordered a long type motor for an airsoft gun. I ordered from Airrattle's facility in Ohio. They always get their big items to me in 2 days, since I'm in mich. But this small motor was shipped USPS. Ordered 11-19-15, shipped next day, the 20th. No tracking updates for 10 days, so I email Airrattle support. They get back to me next day. They say it's been held up at a local branch and to call them if it still hasn't arrived in a few days. Almost like magic, after that email arrived, my USPS tracking number now reports delayed in Allen Park, on 12-1-15. Something's going on here.

Complete SH*T! EVERY TIME a package goes through this garbage place it takes weeks to get to me. I'd like to go in there and throw whoever is running this place out the door face first.

I am STILL waiting on a package that was mailed on Aug 20 !!!! this package made it from MT to ALLEN PARK, MI in two days !!! over 1900 miles, YET IT CAN'T MAKE IT 177 MILES SOUTH OF ALLEN PARK IN OVER TWO MONTHS !!!!! look up tracking number, it says "package is in route to destination"...called ALLEN PARK, was told the package "was damaged and sent to ATLANTA, called ATLANTA was told they have not received anything from ALLEN PARK....called ALLEN PARK AGAIN, was told the package as delivered on SEPT 7, REALLY? ON LABOR DAY?? if package was sent to ATLANTA, WHY DOES THE TRACKING INFO SAY IT IS IN ROUTE TO ME??? LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE from this poor excuse of a facility !!! FIRE THE THIEF AND GET MY PACKAGE TO ME !!! I have no doubt it was stolen at ALLEN PARK, along with thousands of other packages. and you "people" have the AUDACITY TO CHARGE FOR THIS "SERVICE" IRRESPONSIBLE, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE !!!!! YOU DONT DESERVE ANY STARS !!!

Priority Mail is a complete joke, everything goes as expected until it arrives at the Allen Park, Mi location! I ship and receive 100's of packages and without fail if routed through this center they are delayed. No issues like this at any other sort location in the United States! Great work Allen Park team! #failing

I ship a lot of packages thru the usps and I shipped a package from Ky, close to cincinnati to the cleveland area. Apparently the package got missent on the 17th after speaking with several people at the usps I got no answers. I have been tracking it everyday and today it has shown up at this Allen Park location, which makes no sense. When they marked it missent on the 17th it was at the correct location, only 20 minutes from my customer now its 5 hours away. Can anyone help or have any suggestions on what to do. This was a $150 package!!!!

Does anyone even work at this facility. Every package I get shipped gets hung up here, this is rediculous!!!! I even ordered from a different company this time and still the same 1 week later no package, no updates tracking, NOTHING!! Complete disease to the USPS!!! Get someone to actually cares to run this place or close it!

0 stars! This location is absolutely terrible. why can't you deliver a package an hour away? It's been 4 days and it's supposedly just sitting there in the distribution center. i've emailed, left 4 messages, tweeted, commented on google+ called customer support and still nothing. Very disappointed in this location. Should think about better management.

I have a Kickstarter package that was sent from Ny on Sept 21 it got to Allen park on Aug 27 I live in michigan and the my Package has not arrived, it has been 22 days and it has not come to my address. Where is my package? Apparently this happens to everyone i need to change a lot of things now that might be too late someone needs to report this place.

I had a prescription that was received at this facility on 9/4/2015. It showed that it departed on 9/5/2015 on its way to Ohio. On 9/16/2015 I received my package even though it was never scanned again. My package was clearly tampered with. The address label was hand written and there was no tracking number. I feel it was set aside and opened to see what the prescription was. Once it was found out that it had no value to them it was re packaged and sent out with no tracking number. I am going to follow up on this until this situation is fixed. Its obvious to me someone there is stealing packages.
