I have a car that is difficult to do alignment on and perfection tires made everything perfect and also fixed a plastic piece that was dragging underneath my car. Awesome service. Will be back again

Very Honest.



1) Yesterday I took my old Subi to perfection and told them that I needed a new oil filter and fuel filter.



I got a call from Tom the next day when he was working on my car to tell me that my fuel filter was not in need of replacement. (!)



I actually argued with him, explaining that I had driven 4,000 miles or so on it, and that I once gunked it up by bleeding the gas tank dry. He told me not to worry about it, explaining that the trouble I caused was temporary and I had several thousand miles of life left in it.



The moral of the story is that he gave up a $40-$50 sale to be honest.



2) A few months ago before a road trip, I dropped off the same car with instructions to look it over thoroughly and tell me everything that needs done. I told them I had a $300 budget. I assumed the car needed the works (230,000 miles) and told them as much.



They told me that all I needed was a distributor cap and nothing else. I had basically given them liberty to do $300 of work and they let me off the hook for under $100 I think. The necessity of replacing the distributor cap became clear when, after picking it up, my car had some kick to it for the first time since I had bought it.



Five stars, without a doubt.
