Tire-Rama

I was in there yesterday to have a low tire taken care of and they didn't charge me nothing, after talking about my dealings with store on north division,.

had my jeep alignment done there a low tire when I took it in figured they as a good front end mech does check tire pressure.. they DID NOT ! tire was still low when I picked it up and steering wheel wasn't set either. he assured me Kendal that tire pressure IS to be set and checked and steering wheel even balanced . etc.. so all and all these guys get a great rating. as to the other store NOT> the mang looked at me like I was retarded when I asked about tire pressure at first , when I let him know what I discussed with other store and other shops what they said about tire pressure!!..

today i asked the mgr to fill my very low tire he harshly replied "WE DONT HAVE AIR" geez i thought they were a tire shop.. i retreated to my car and heard this god awful noise it was a customers dk green volvo with no gas cap. the staff was spinning the tires so hard it made the car engine whine. mgr ran out screaming at staff as i drove away he continued his verbal assault.. tomorrow is payday i will take my car to perfection for new tires thank you.
