Majestic Pools & Spas

I have been a customer for 13 years. They put my inground in and for 10 years were fantastic. Then something happened and for the last 3 years they have been horrible.
They don't return phone calls and treat me like I'm dumb. I take care of my pool! I was shown how to clean it and deal with it from day one and do everything I was told by the book, so when I call them, I really NEED them, but they are so hard to deal with now.
My opening the last two years has been non-existent. Young guys who barely know what they are doing - put in 2 bags of shock when my pool takes 4; didn't turn on my heater and I found out later it was corroded and wouldn't start. They are supposed to turn it on and check it out and didn't touch it or they would have easily found that. My salt generator wasn't set-up properly for my pool size and one of my jets inside came out hours after they left.
They need a serious shake up in service.

We had our built in pool installed last yr, 2016, and loved everything about it. At the end of the season they closed it up and we had to do NOTHING!! This was a scary purchase and could not be happier! Looking forward to many yrs of summer fun! They are opening it up for us next week...Whoop Whoop!

I'm really shocked to see the bad reviews here. George and his son come out to my house in Boston every year to both open and close my pool. They do an excellent job. I really appreciate them and with their superior knowledge they have quickly resolved any issues that I've had over the years.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for. Rude customer service, poorl organization, canceled appointments and they did a crappy job. I would rather pay more and get better service. And they could careless when you tell them your concerns. I regret having them open my pool for me.

These guys are lucky they got one star it should be a negative. Run around since the begining. Finally when they did put the pool in they left our yard trashed and refuse to landscape or fill in trenches. They claim someone else must have did. Called us a lier. They also left all their trash in our back yard and told us it was our problem. Never again. We will have someone else maintain it. Please before you think of an inground pool do your homework and don't get burned like we did.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Cancel every appointment or no show. Do terrible work when they do show up(made a small patch job to liner larger, broke my valve handle on pool lines and didn't tell me, dumped old filter sand all over my yard and patio, didn't fold pool cover when opened just threw it in the corner of the yard ). 3 weeks to install my new filter last year, and 3 cancellations on opening my pool this year. I will never use them again, they are the absolute worst!!!

Horrible place to deal with. From the install to the openings and closing and any service call in between, by far one one worst companies to deal with. Run around and blown appointments are the norm here. Horrible, horrible, horrible place to deal with. Choose a different pool company or be prepared for rising blood pressure. I am 40 years old and have never written a bad review, that's how much I can't stand this place.

Awful Service. Recently came to them about a spa pump part I needed. Man on the phone was extremely rude and had extremely poor customer service. Never took the time to listen to what I was saying and rushed me off the phone. I will never offer their services to anyone I know.
