I purchased my hot tub and patio set from these guys. I could tell they were pro immediately. The family that owns the place was very present and the staff was so thankful we were there. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a hot tub from Pool Mart and after several phone calls to them and a month later they had no idea when the hot tub was going to be delivered. They refused a refund of my money and said it is what it is. After another 2 weeks we finally received our hot tub. After inspecting it, we find out that it is not even the hot tub we ordered. It is a different model and everything. The brand they have us is a cheaper model. They then again refused to refund our money or give us the hot tub we purchased, and again said it is what it is. This companies customer service is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here.
