Midori Sushi Japanese Restaurant

We just tried this place 15 minutes ago based off these reviews and I have to say this is the best sushi around us. The servings are huge, the wait staff is awesome and the food was perfect. On top of all that, the price was too good to be true! 5 rolls and 2 drinks for 30 with the tip.... try this one guys.

I have to disagree with the two bad reviews on here, I have been going to Midori for almost a year. Me and my boyfriend bring all of our friends here. Of course I think he just may like the games being played on the flat screens. And those put off by the decor..its a buffet half the day and half priced sushi the other half. I'm not certain of what their expectations are from this particular restaurant but I've never been disappointed. We usually do the half price dinner specials. I have never been disappointed by the service or the food. I have to suggest the Number 3, snow crab roll or the philly roll. The price is great, the food is fresh and I personally like the laid back atmosphere. I don't feel like I have to be self conscious of the way I hold my chopsticks.

Best little treasure. Are you guys joking? Simple and polite servers. Each meal ordered comes with complimentary miso soup and a tiny hors d'oeuvre. The sushi portions are larger than usual and the ingredients are plenty (not hidden in a sea of rice). Moist?!? The rice has always been fresh. Give it another try, b/c you must have come on the one wrong day. The owner serves up sushi himself and he is kind and quick.

absolutely worst sushi restaurant I ever been to. Service was ok, but the food was horrible. Rice wasn't moist, didn't taste any vinegar. I would go so far to rate sushi from this pllace worse than sushi from Chinese beffet. Never going back again.
