Riverside Car Rental

Very good people and good cars. I liked this place a lot because my mechanic sent me here to rent a car and then we chose one and very quickly everything was ready to go. Cars are all good condition and they fix them and clean them every day to make sure for the customers. The agent is very nice and help you with everything inside. Great business and really recommend to everybody who need a car

I really loved working with this rental service, they were great with everything. I came there with a friend after my car broke down, and then the lady working at Riverside helped me pick what car I wanted and then helped me fill the paperwork. Insurance got everything verified very fast too because they know that Riverside is a good place. I had no problems at all. Everyone was very helpful and I returned the car very easy as well. No problems at all and everything was great. Loved it! Recommend to all!

Brilliant service. I got a recommendation to use Riverside from my auto mechanic who was fixing my car. Riverside actually made the effort to arrange my trip to their shop. When I walked in, the rental agent guided me through everything I needed to know. Everything was made very easy, clear, and simple. I chose one of the cars there, confirmed my insurance, and got on the road. The cars they had to choose from were all good quality. They had a variety of models, ranging from older to newer, affordability and quality. I chose the one that worked for me and we had all the paperwork filled out in just minutes to get me out of there. It was really great. I recommend this place to everybody who needs a car for a few days, or even more. These guys are great and I really had a pleseant rental experience.

I rented a car from them , Sonia's Auto Sale uses them in Worcester MA. While waiting for my tittle from the car I bought from Sonia's they offered to pay for my rental they set me up with Riverside Car Rental brought me there to get the car and I used my own insurance. I had the car for 4 days. When my car was ready at Sonia's I went to Sonia's and picked up my car and left the rental with them. That was on a Thursday. On Tuesday on got a phone call from my insurance company saying that there was a claim against me. So I contacted them and they told me Riverside said I damaged the car. The car was a 2005 Malibu, breaks were shot (grinding) Oil Light on. The car was a piece of junk. So I went to the lot and to see the so called damage, you can tell the damage was done while driving , not while parked like Riverside said it most of happened and must have just have known. The damage is clear to the eye that it was moving damage, Its on the front right quarter above the wheel well, you can the wheel was cocked and someone was trying to pull in or out of a spot or making a sharp turn and scraped up against a wall. or guard rail. I would of known if I was in an accident. So I tried to work with them seeing I had no way to prove it . Needless to say there quote went from 350 to 1947.47 in an hour period. The car is worth 2450.00 on KBB. I enclosed pictures. So now I am working my insurance company trying to see how many other people they have done this too. It took them 4 days to report the claim. They claim that they take pictures of every car before it leaves there lot , this is a lie they did not take any pictures. This company will scam you if they get the chance. I would not recommend this company at all!
