River City Cab

Horrible horrible horrible! Worst place ever. When you call in early enough to make a time call they still make you wait and you end up being late anyway.

WORST! taxi service ever!! Many times I called them and Never showed had to walk home!!! The average waiting time almost 2 hours. They are very Rude! the Drivers act and behave inappropriately! We Really need a Professional and reliable taxi service. They have a take it or leave it mentality because they are monopoly and the drivers have body odor!

WORST cab company ever!!! They picked me up right on time bc I scheduled the pick up time, they dropped me off n i told them I would be calling them to come get me, I called n was on hold for 30 min. Had to make other arrangements for a ride. We FOR SURE need a better taxi service in the rapids!!

Probably the worst service you will ever find in Wisconsin rapids. We need a much better option in this town.

The most rude and disrespectful cab company I have ever dealt with. There is no reason to treat people with such disrespect. If you are going to run a company involving people you should have some people skills.

Low prices should not equate to poor service, my experience using the service for my family has been very poor. It is true that fares are much higher in larger cities, as they should be, it's referred to as cost of living. I travel all over the country to major metropolitan areas and my drivers treat me cordially as my business matters to them. I'm afraid the monopoly this company has over our small town makes some River City employees feel that our business is 'take it or leave it'. Unfortunately, they appear happy with the status quo, and may never realize the capital their business could experience had they simply implemented strong customer service policies that were expected from all staff, drivers, dispatch and management alike. Some drivers are polite, helpful and realize their customers value, to the rest of the employees that cannot appreciate what was just covered, let me translate this into simpler terms. "You mean....ugg...people no do business with you" .

River Cities Cab is the best taxi deal in the country. Many people here do not realize how cheap the fares really are and they take the cab service for granted. I have taken the cab here over 100 times and have never had one single problem. The drivers are courteous and on time and we always make sure to tip them for their excellent service!

this place is the worst ever and you should never go here, they are horrible ti the disabled NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!! and some of them smell bad like body odor!

For being a shared ride taxi service, people sure expect an awful lot. I've taken cabs in large cities, and you won't get a ride for what you pay here. $1.75 or $3.50? Try more like $20 for 4 or 5 blocks! I've never been treated rudely by any of the drivers I've had in the cabs I've taken. Must just be some peoples personality. Passengers I mean, not the drivers. So for all the whiners out there,walk or drive yourself if it doesn't suit you!

Treated my terminally ill and disabled mother so RUDELY!! She was still visibly upset hours afer returning home (she walked!).
