Being a long time apartment renter that was looking for the privacy and comfort of a house, I was very fortunate to find The Jander Group.

I've heard horror stories in which tenants try to rent directly from owners of houses and realized I was much better off going with a property run by a property management team.



Jacki was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my questions. All the people that I met at the Jander office were very friendly, good hearted down to earth people.



The house I rented was in immaculate shape upon move in. New carpet, new appliances, everything was especially clean and well kept.

The pool was maintained by a long time pool company that was in and out and kept the pool in great condition. Kudos to the people of Jander as I've read that the maintenance of these homes are something they pride themselves on.



Very positive experience with Jander. I had put in a maintenance request for an exterior light issue and was contacted same day and was assisted by a nice older gentleman that fixed the issue next business day. He called beforehand to coordinate a time that would work for me, which is nice.



Very happy with my situation and with Jander. I was in and out of central Florida apartment complexes over the past 7 years and it seemed like any time I walked into my apartment complex leasing office, there was a new management company and new faces- so this has been a refreshing transition to work with people whoI know and who know me. My only regret is not moving away from an apartment complex sooner.

I would not recommend it. They are so full of non-common sense rules. All of the employees follow the same script... meaning they say the same thing before showing you the house. They don't call or you are not able to call them directly. They are not flexible with showing hours. Who the hell just opens their realty business for show from 9-5pm, Mon-Fri? I think they all stop working at 4:59pm. People that want to rent do work you know! and their showing is at their schedule. I stop with the process because I don't want them as the ones managing my rental home.

Rented a great home at great price. Looked at quite a few before making a decision and The Jander Group had the cleanest, well kept homes. They expect a lot of you as a resident but will keep the home well maintained while you live there. When I moved in the home it was immaculate and they maintained it great throughout the lease. If I ever need anyone to manage a home for me in the future, I will call this company.
