        Check this place out!

        This might seem like your average gym, but think again! I have been going to On the move fitness for almost a year now and it has been by far the best gym i have attended. It is very personal here and the trainers and owners of the gym a friendly and knowledgeable.

        I've been over weight my whole life and struggled with a poor self image. My Doctor told me I needed to exercise and recommended free weight training. I went to the big gyms and I felt like I was lost. Then a coworker suggest I try her gym. The owners help guide me in the right directions and I am happy to say that I lost 40 pounds this year

        On The Move Fitness is the best gym in Winter Park. I love this place the trainers are all in great shape and you can tell they love their jobs. If you want to get in shape this the place to do it

        I've been working out for years and I feel like I'm in good shape. I hate walking into a gym and hearing sorry pick up lines from guys that think they can date me. However, when I joined On The Move Fitness I found the perfect environment. The Owners look like they are straight out of a magazine they are in fantasic shape. I have learned so much about fitness and I feel like can go work out improve my body and not have to worry about who's watching my every move.

        The best training staff, bar none. Great atmostphere, very very reasonable member fees. the 24hr access is a big plus.

        Ever walked into a gym and a s...

        Ever walked into a gym and a so called " Personal Trainer" comes up to you and they are in worst shape than you are, and they trying to tell you that they can get you in the best shape of your life, lol. Not the case here at On The Move Fitness, their trainers are really ellite, all in great muscular condition, they have 30 bodybuilding, figure and weightlifting championship between them. They are very knowledgeable and patient, the gym atmosphere is fantastic, very relaxing but intense. I look foward to every session.

        I've been a member of this gym for about a year. I started out doing just personal training and have since then joined full time. The trainers helped me loose about 20 lbs. and go down about 3 dress sizes, I've been very happy with my results. The gym is open 24 hrs/day and 7 days/week so I work out when I can and on my own schedule. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting into great shape!

        Great Personal Gym

        I've been a member at this gym for about a year. The personal attention and intimate atmosphere always makes me feel comfortable working out. I know I can go to the gym do my work out and not be bothered by too many people and not have to wait in line for the machines. The personal trainers are top of the line! They work with my schedule and are reasonably priced. The gym is open 24 hours/day, so I can go in and work out at my convenience. I couldn't see myself working out anywhere else!
