During my parents divorce back in 2012, this facility was a complete blessing to me and my family. Providing U-haul trucks and Ground Floor large storage units, we were able to take care of all of our moving and storage needs all in one location. I will only recommend this location to anyone asking, best customer service in the area!

I started there 05/25/10 with a price of $100.00. as of 01/04/13 my storage fees have went up several times since then. It's$190.00 now. I am very upset because I been there for a long time. I have spoken to Heidi Zargari and she has been very rude to me. She told me that I got a really good deal, something that should have never happen. I told her I would have to find somewhere else because they are charging me too much. She told me she can't do anything about the fees and that she said that if she was to rent my unit to someone else they would charge $290.00 basically saying they don't care about my business. I also asked her when and how often can you rise my price, she said they can charge and change it whenever they wanted to.Spoke to Jacqueline Skrabalak. She said she is 81% full, that if wasn't that full maybe she could do something. Meaning if they wasn't making money she would help do something to keep my business.. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO EVER USE!!!
