Center For Same Day Surgery

The moment I walked in, the nurses and check-in people were all nice. They were very quick, so I only had a 10min wait and I got there 30min early. When they called me back the nurses were nice and explained everything to me, so I knew exactly what was going on. Multiple people came in to check in me and they all reassured me that it was going to be fine because I was so nervous that I had a blood pressure of 186/108. They calmed me down and got my blood pressure normal, then the anesthesiologist came in and put then needle in with no problem. I have a needle phobia, so I was very surprised at how well he did his job. The last thing I remember was me falling asleep in the prep area, then I woke up and the nurse was there next to me, and checking on me. They helped me get back to normal and walked me to my car and everything. If you have to have surgery, I strongly suggest going there! They are very professional and know what they're doing.

They said they go by age not true my child and myself have been waiting two hours and still they have take back kids older them him before him this place is a rip off and nurses are rude will not be coming back

This place wants way to much money for the amount of time you are in there. Tried to bill the insurance over $2,000 for 3.4 hours and 2 hours you sat in the waiting room. This place is a rip off. and then they force you to setup an auto payment plan. for the $850 dollars they charged me after insurance write-off. What a rip. They wanted the money up front which I told Ashley the business manager we did not have and she acted like everyone out there were millionaires. then she demanded 1/2 the payment which I did not have. Finally we had to go through her supervisor to setup a payment arrangement. What is the point in having insurance when the don't pay anything..

I don't understand this center.I was to have some test done.I owe 800 dollars from a old bill.I haven't had insurance and the lady call me and said if I don't pay 1000 dollars the day of check in that see could not help me so I told her I could pay 700 and payments for the rest and she said no.Wow what the hell I would never refer anyone here. Sad
