STS Salinas Tires

I THOUGHT they were giving me a good deal when I went in Aug 2011 all smiles and happiness. They charged me $115 for a brand new tire that was supposed to be $135, this discount was for my military discount. I am out $115 because they gave me a faulty brand new tire that they won't help me replace. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced for anything all the way up to their owner. No one wanted to help me once I told them my problem, they kept trying to give me the run-around. I am just going to let the money go because dealing with these people is not even worth it.
