I had an urgent tax matter that needed immediate attention. After calling 5 tax service companies, Derek was the only one to return my call. He assured me we would get it done and was very knowledgeable and patient! I kept sending items over that I would find and never once did he complain. The lines of communication were always open and he delivered as promised. I plan to use Derek on all future returns and will refer him to my family and friends!

I recently came to liberty tax professionals to complete multiple years taxes. I hade multiple complex questions, such as claiming a loss on a personal business, Recieving additional exemptions for college costs and expenses etc. I was very impressed with Derek's service he was extreamly knowledgeable and covered all of my questions with ease, he even informed me about extra tax benefits that i was not previosly aware of. I was told at the beginning of the year by Jackson Hewwitt that I didn't have to file taxes this year because I had recently started a business and was a full time student. Come to find out I did have to file, I was really scared about owing and now filing late. I went to Liberty and Derrick helped me file my taxes, got me back over 3000.00 and looked at my last 2 years of taxes to make sure there were no mistakes. He was so nice and really took the time to explain what he did and what I would need for next year since I just opened my business. I would refer anyone I meet to this company. They truly know how to treat people. I will for sure be bring my business back to them yearly.

I first went to H & R Block because they promised a $35 tax prep fee. But I caught the guy in a lie and they wanted more money. So I went right across the street to Liberty Tax Service and was immediately welcomed. Derek (the owner) got me a pop and offered me some cookies while I waited (only about 10 minutes). My taxes were done in about a half an hour!!!! I was impressed so I told some of my family to go in and I got $20 CASH each for them and all I had to do was call!!!
