Diamond Concrete

10/8/16. Consumers BEWARE! This company is now operating under the name Design Tech. Owners name is Bobby Vigil or R.E. Vigil. I say this because his current business can not be found online and is not registered. He also came highly recommended. We hired them to resurface, apply micro top finish to a large back driveway measuring just under 1000sqft. The job is sloppy and extremely discolored with a million holes all over the surface. The job was finished 9/28/16. We have been trying to contact him and his company since 9/29/16 with our concerns. Just as the previous review states, there was promise to return. He has no showed, no called since and will not repsond to any of my messages. There is never an answer on his main business line either. We have filed complaint with BBB and researching other options, which includes contacting police and paying for another company to come and repair...if it can be repaired. Please be aware of this man and any company he is operating under. Total SCAM!

I was forced to give this guy a one star rating. This company came highly recommended and we were planning on doing a 22'x50' stamped concrete patio with stain etc along with extended driveway borders to match and a 45'x4' walkway from front to back (which we are currently taking new bids for) We thought we would start by testing the waters with this company for a resurfacing of our front porch as well as a patch on our foundation in the rear. Turns out in less than a few months time, the front porch starts falling apart. After making contact this past Spring and being ASSURED he would be out "Monday" to repair/replace the job..I sit and wait while my numerous calls and texts (with pictures) of the horrific condition of my front porch, which my HOA is threatening to fine me for, are IGNORED..our home number and cell phones are blocked by his carrier, so I have to call with my number hidden to even get to his voicemail. We paid good money for less than mediocre work and are very thankful we didn't give him the "REAL" job up front. I cringe when I think of what could've been. BE AWARE!
