Needed my tank pumped out badly and was looking at a possible new pump . Mr Arms came the next day to clean out the tank and found that my submersible pump was not burnt up, it only fell off the outlet pipe. He was able to reattach the pump for a very reasonable charge. He even cleaned out roots that were growing in my tank and gave me advice to stop them from growing back. Really nice guy, honest, and his contract price is cheaper than my current one. I will be switching to him for all of my repairs and inspections.
