        Very disappointed with the qua...

        Very disappointed with the quality of the carpet cleaning. We have had other companies come and do a basic cleaning with far better results. There were stains left that they said needed special treatment which would cost extra. My wife got these out easily with basic Resolve carpet cleaner. The basic cleaning did next to nothing. And of course the bait and switch tactic of saying 4 rooms plus hall for $84.00 only to be told the rooms were too big and the whole thing cost $140.00. Almost double. Would not have minded that much if the carpets had actually gotten cleaned. Tried to save some money and ended up spending more and getting much less. Will not use this service again.
