BUGSY'S ROOTER & DRAIN CLEANING (WESTFIELD / SCOTCH PLAINS)

Called Bugsy about a clog on a Sunday, received a prompt call back, and a same-day visit. Best of all, he fixed our backup! I would recommend giving him a call no matter your problem!

Bugsy's Rooter was referred to me by my plumber. We had a blockage in the water main. I called him at 8:30 am. He showed up when he said he would a couple house later. Did the work. Excellent workmanship. Very clean. Super nice guy and his pricing was very reasonable. I would use him again and will refer him to who ever needs his service.

This was our first time using Bugsy's Rooter and we were referred to him by our plumber (Joe from All Pipes Plumbing, who we trust immensely). Joe said that he had never met Bugsy, but he heard he was a nice guy, he has referred him before and he heard that he does an excellent job. Joe was right. I agree with the previous reviews on Yelp about Bugsy- if there was a way to give him more than 5 stars, Bugsy's Rooter would deserve it.

Bugsy stated he said that he would be here within two hours and he was. He kept his word. Very professional and easy going. He explained the entire process to me throughout. We had a clog in the main line that had backed up into our basement bathroom. Bugsy came over before the 2 hours had passed, was here for just over an hour and was knowledgeable, professional and NEAT!

You can tell that he is a guy who knows what he's doing because while he was here, he must've had a dozen calls from other plumbers looking for his help. He also gave us honest feedback about other issues that we might have in our house related to previous plumbing work from a renovation years ago. Who does this? Fantastic!

I believe that the price was very reasonable given the time and skill level involved, as well as Joe "preparing" me for the clog removal estimate. He worked very efficiently and took time to minimize any mess to our stairs and basement and cleared the clog. He also gave us advice I'm preventing future clogs. Having two kids who frequently take showers and use the toilet, I can't imagine having to wait a day or longer for someone to get here to fix the clog.

Overall, Bugsy is a friendly guy who knows what he's doing, solves your clog problem and cleans up afterward. if you need someone to clear a clog, this is the place to call. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend him.

Bugsy arrived when he said he would, he addressed our issue, 100% solved the problem, his price was reasonable and he is a super nice guy! I would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone who needed a plumber! Thank you Bugsy!!
