Unethical and unorganized. Dr. Paine lied to me about Willi Weichelt. He said Willi no longer worked there. I wanted to speak with Willi who operated on our dog last year. Paine was more interested in selling a 5500 dollar unwarranted surgery. I asked for referrals after Dr. Schofield said she has done 1000s of TPLO surgeries, the two people who called me were employees of their clinic. Schofield said she would do the surgery in Oxford @ her clinic, then backed out bc / fear of legal trouble with Humphries. real class act. they don't care about animals just the $$.

all Drs are great - have had 3 cats; 1 had to be put down after 15 yrs, was so traumatic, but Dr. Perkins was so patient, let us have time w/him while he was going to sleep; cried buckets, but grateful to her for understanding our pain. Now have a wonderful orange tabby who has seen Drs. for minor problems. They are all so caring - staff, Drs., and handle pets gently and warmly. You can tell it's their "calling" to be pet doctors. Highly recommend them.

All of the Drs are friendly and give their fullest attention to the family they are attending to. The office is open and airy with plenty of seating if you want to be away from others. From guiding a family member to the Rainbow Bridge, to bringing newborns into the world, you know you and your loved one are in good hands with not only the Drs, but the entire staff here.

Our pets have been patients at this practice for one year now. They've had multiple visits and even boarded a few times. We are very happpy with all the vets and the staff. They even stayed a few minutes late for us on a Saturday when our cat needed emergency care. Saved us hundreds of dollars by not having to go to an emergency vet!

I have had numerous cats treated there over the years. Always caring, always careful about what is practical verses what is possible. Dr. Perkins is a very keen diagnostician. I have never had to wait very long, and have never been treated with anything but respect in the 15 years I have been going there. They are reasonable and caring vets. If someone had a problem as a result of an emergency, that happens. Perhaps the staff was remiss, but it does not reflect this wonderful business. They have a huge loyal following as a result.

This was my first & last visit to this vet. The wait time to the exam room was short. Once we got in the room, the vet tech went over a lot of info for us & our puppy. She left & I sat waiting for the vet for 20 mins. The tech came back in to tell me an emergency had come in & it would be just a few more mins until the vet could see me. That was fine, but over an hour later no one had come back into the room - no vet, no tech, no updates, nothing. I went to the receptionist to see what was going on, & she was very rude & said casually "well an emergency came, so I don't know when the vet will get to you." I asked if another vet could see us & she told me "maybe later, but they're busy with other appts now".I understand emergencies happen, but the staff at this vet made no attempt to keep me posted & left me sitting in a room alone for over an hour.Maybe they could staff an emergency vet so their regular clients can be a priority as well. I wasted my time and left without seeing a vet.

I think this facility is wonderful. They picked up a heart problem in our kitten and brought it the specialist that was needed to write the correct treatment plan. They quickly acted when our older cat that we had just adopted from someone else had an intestinal obstruction from eating hair ties from their previous house, topped off by wrapping ribbons at our house. They operated and she did very well - that was 6 years ago. They picked up a liver problem in our toy poodle and worked with us and the "downtown" vets for a treatment plan. We have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and expertise. We recommend this practice to everyone.

The doctors are wonderfully knowledgeable and caring. Comprehensive care and follow-up

Dr. Garvey is absolutely terrific. All of the doctors (Drs Perkins, Garvey and Foley) are kind, thorough and treat the patient and family with respect. The doctors make sure the family is actively involved in treatment decisions. The doctors are very open to consulting their colleagues when necessary.
