We paid for a room about 1 in a half before we actually used it. When we got there on 12-23-2016, the room wasn't available and we end up checking in almost at 4:00, we were coming from Seattle a 3 hour drive to find out that they didn't had our room ready. The manager Michelle was so disrespectful and unprofessional about it she was like there is my business card if you don't like it, no apologizes, no let me see what I can do for you guys. We were 3 families of 4 parties each and we had to wait in the lobby with other costumers that were also waiting for there room. There excuse was we don't have but one house keeper and she is doing everything she can to clean the rooms. We stay there through 12-25-2016. It was terrible I'll never come back here or to any La quinta. Way to ruin your Christmas vacations.
I stayed in a single king bed standard room. First I was surprised about the price, the last la Quinta I stayed at was a lot cheaper, that was a few years ago though.
When I got to my room I was immediately relieved and happy, the bed was extremely comfortable and the tv was big and new. The room was very clean and felt like home.
