O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went there and said my car air was blowing warm air but I was not sure how to do it, the young man stated that they could not help in any way. I have bought two batteries different windshield wipers and oil from this store. I left and went down the street to autozone, the young man in there said he would go with me outside and show me how to do it. After buying the product we went out side and in ten minutes my air was fine, That's how you treat customers. I went back to o'rilleys to tell them what was done and all they could say was autozone broke a federal law, not that they ( o'rilleys ) could be bothered to help. I will never go back and cut up my membership card. Autozone has a new customer and a loyal one for now on.
