Shaker's Kia

My experience at Shaker Kia was pleasent,and professional. I knew the car I wanted because I did my homework, and the price I wanted to pay. Well upon arriving I saw they had many of the model I wanted to choose from. Mike was more that helpful showing me the cars. The super service plan was just a plus to keep my car running well. I want to thank Mike and Todd for making this a pleasent purchase.

A few months ago I purchased a used Mazda3 from Mike at Shaker Kia in Watertown. The car was on line and look clean with very good miles, when I called Mike he gave me all the information I asked for without a problem. I would recommend Shaker's for a used car to anyone.

My impression of Mike at Shaker Kia is what all sale professionals should be. He was honest,informed, and pleasant. I called to look at a Soul and Mike made sure when I arrived he was not busy. My husband purchased a brand new 2013 KIA Optima from Shakers. Ron Albert was his sales person. He called me about 10 days after delivering the vehicle. I never met Ron but he new me by first name and was so pleasant over the phone. He inquired about the KIA survey that we received by email. After talking to Ron I checked my husbands email found the survey and gave Ron and Shakers a perfect score with all 10s. We took our first trip to Canada with the new car the weekend before and Ron remembered that we travel to Canada often. He even asked if we had and if we enjoyed the car. Shakers he is the best. My daughter bought a new 2013 KIA Sorento from Shaker's. I dealt with Ron Albert over the phone. We negotiated the deal and closed it over the phone. Erin drove up from Cos Cob to take the delivery. She said Ron was excellent and did a great job delivering the vehicle. Even though I never met Ron in person I can say he was very professional and honest when it came to pricing. I did a lot of research before calling and he had all the right answers. We could of purchased this vehicle in Manhattan but choose Shakers because of Ron and the fair deal he presented.
