        I would not even give this dea...

        I would not even give this dealership 1 star. The first time I leased my car the salesperson left the dealership 1/2 way through the deal, but I did end up with the car I ordered at the agreed price. This time around, my car was never ordered, I was never informed that it was NOT ordered, and they are not honoring the original agreement.



        General poor communication. Sales people do not call back in a timely manner. Great cars, but awful dealership in terms of customer service. Will not be getting my next BMW here!
