Scary ride, actually had to get out of the taxi when it stopped for a light. Got in the taxi at Union Station and after saying "good morning," I requested to go to my destination. As we began the ride, I requested pleasantly that he take E Street. At once the driver began to berate me for telling him how to do his job. I tried to explain that I had special needs (use two canes to walk and have an exctremely poor sense of balance), and that E Street was better suited to my exiting the taxi. He continued to berate me and his voice became louder and louder telling me that he did not like me telling him how to do his job. I got out of the taxi. Will NEVER ride in a Hilltop Taxi again.
