        I woke up to a leak on New Yea...

        I woke up to a leak on New Year's Day. Ron, the owner came over and fixed the leak and a few other items that had been bothering me for some time. He explained why I was having the problem with the leak (someone had tried to fix it before). He also offered some cost effective solutions to other problems, Very nice, knowledgable, and professional. Great experience with a plumber. Will use again.

        You have a better chance of ge...

        You have a better chance of getting a 1 yr old to complete a project then this guy. Had a project that was to be inspected, they started the job & never showed up to finish. I not only ended up having to find another plumber, but my many attempts to call them to finish so I could have my project completed & inspected went unanswered. Ron, the only owner & apparently only employee cost me thousands!!!! Again u have a better chance not hiring anyone @ all then calling this guy.

        I attempted to assist this guy with my expertise as well as referring him to others to complete necessary task. There were too many debates about finances. He tried to do it himself and was caught in a jam. I attempted to assist him again for very little money. we really weren't compatible. when you try to do things with a little budget, be honest about it. Don't try to swindle people. I also had to call the police on this individual to regain my possessions. I also suggested to him that if he thought I unfairly treated him, he should pursue the matter. Anyone who claims they lost thousands from inadequate work, I think would obtain legal defense and pursue the matter. I've never had any complaints on any work and I truly stand by that.
