        CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

        They do not return calls, nor do they hardly answer the phones. The guy Mark who makes appointments is arrogant and rude. They act as if they do not need you business.

        Maybe its a cultural thing. I don't know. But there are certainly other car repairs to try out in the DC metro area who are more accommodating and willing to earn your business.
