I first met Attorney Mark Heffner during an estate planning conference with my siblings for my father's estate in 1993. Mark and his paralegal, Bill Jamieson, explained each document in full detail, educating us in the why's and wherefore of each document. More than several times, one of us would interrupt and ask for clarity again, and Mark or Bill would patiently stop and go over the purpose of the document in question.
