I was at this location approx a month ago on a Sat. evening with family. We will not go back.
The food had an awful taste. I would call this imitation asian food. Waste of money and time.
Do not recommend.

Not all that. Can go any other place and get just as good, with actual service, and an egg roll.

This is good food. I didn't see a single chinese person working there but the food was really good.

This place is pretty good. It is a faster and cheaper version of PF Changs. PF Changs gets the greatest reviews, and this place is the worst in the world? Come on...I ate here a few weeks ago. Exactly what I expected. No service, really, you serve yourself. They take the order and bring the food. I got the lettuce wraps and the Kung Pao Chicken. Both were nearly identical to PF Changs.

I took my wife and children to this location yesterday and must say save your money and time...Stay away.



The cashier was darn right RUDE. A witch with a CAPITAL B. I asked her to please make sure our son's food was not cooked with any sea food oil because he is deathly allergic to sea food. She bascially told me if I didn't like it to take my business elsewhere. I asked for her name and I think she said Alexis. I am going to contact the company and file a complaint against this diner.



This is more a fast food joint rather than quality food.



Please save your time and money. There better quality places to eat and this is NOT one.



I will make sure all my fellow GM Tech Center employees learn to stay away.

We attempted to eat at this restaurant yesterday and when we were in line people left. We could not figure out but it looks like this restaurant is so bad all the employees left.



The food is not the greatest. The service is by far awful. We ate here last week in the evening and had the worst service. We asked to speak to a manager but no manager on duty. What kind of restaurant does not have a manager around on a Tuesday evening?



Save time and money, do not even try this unless you enjoy tossing your time and money.

At at this place on Monday and my group from the tech centre said awful, worse than bad. Worst dinner we had. Asked for the manager and no manager would address our complaint.

We will never eat here again. My advise as an engineer. STAY AWAY. Try Qdoba before wasting your dollars at this place.

We would not recommend this to anyone.

BAD NEWS

We took our family to this place on Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy. It took 14 minutes for our food. When our food was ready the food had an awful taste. Asked for a manager. Was told there was only manager and she was busy. We waited and 15 minutes later NO manager. I do not feel the customer service is worth taking our family to this place. We get better service at Burger King.

Anyone looking to try this place for a first time. RUN and RUN to the next Burger King. At least the managers care at Burger King.

I took my wife to this location Monday night and will say the lady working here is very rude. My wife had a question about a dish and the woman's response was the dish is what it reads on the board.

My wife and I left without placing an order and went next door to Qdoba. I highly recommend to stay away from this restaurant. We have NEVER met a more rude woman in our entire life. We don't know this woman but she has made it that we do NOT want to eat at this place.

Stay away.

First time my coworker and I ate here today. The food is not that wonderful. We had to wait too long for our food. No where to sit.

Save your time and do not eat here. We learned the hard way.

I tried to place a carryout order on Sun Jan13th at 853pm and was told by some rude witch they would not take my order because they were closed. The customer service is by far the worst. My husband and I will NEVER come back to this poorly managed restaurant. The lady was so rude and wouldn't take my order, the witch hung up on me.



What kind of place wouldn't take an order from a customer? I highly recommend NOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE.

I recommend you stay away from this place. I ate there last week and whomever the manager was a WITCH. She yelled at me for telling her the food had an awful taste.

I returned yesterday for lunch and the cashier was a WITCH.

In my entire life I have never been to a place where the customer is treated like dirt.

We ate here last night. Food is the worst food in the world. Tastes like soap from a soap box. We asked to speak with a manager but there was NO manager in site. This place is NOT worth the time nor worth eating here. McDonald's offers better food and service than this poorly worked fake asian place. We will NEVER come back here. My family was at this restaurant last night. We were very disappointed that the food tasted like sponges. Soggy,rubber and awful. My wife asked to speak to the manager and all she was doing was talking on her cell phone. My wife asked her a question and she said when she was done. The place was almost empty and would not help my wife. We left the food as is and left. We will never return.I normally would not say this but this place should be put out of business. Try something else before wasting your time or money here. Awful and BAD

What a disappointment in the food. We ate there Monday evening and must admit the food is worse than bad.

The bathroom was worse than a zoo. Looks like the bathroom was never cleaned in a year.

Awful dining experience. Asked for a manager Monday evening and it was NOT busy and NO manager around. Had a complaint that the food was not cooked and the girl said one minute and 10 minutes later NO manager. My advise...DO NOT EAT at this restaurant. I never agree with these ratings but this time I agree. This restaurant is awful. Food tastes like imitation and the shrimp was like a rubber band. My wife had a long hair in her food and it made us sick. As far as customer service, what a joke? A clown could do much better. The lady on duty said there was nothing to do about the hair. Very rude and had a I don't care attitude. We threw out the food and left and WILL NEVER RETURN. My advise...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

If you love asian food STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. The food is awful, tastes like dog food, customer service is worse than any place. The manager smells like stale smoke and is a rude pig. You would be better off eating at McDonalds.
