Terrible job on tile re-grout and reseal. Sloppy and not professional.
The tile re-grout in our bathroom was sloppy and messy. We will have to have the job redone. Very unhappy and most dissatisfied. It does not even appear to be properly sealed.

My mother contacted a guy from there named Mike Jones and he was to test for mold and write a report. He never sent the report. I spoke with him and he said that he would fax it to me which he never did. They cashed my mothers check and didn't provide her the service she paid for. Mike blocked my phone so he won't receive calls from me. We will be filing a police report and sue him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They are crooks and will rob you blind.

Needed tile cleaned, regrouted and caulked. The grout was put in randomly in different spots in a different color and really stood out because of the contrast. Caulk lines were messy and stopped in the middle instead of at the ends of the wall. The stone was not cleaned and white soap scum was left on the wall after I was told it had been cleaned and sealed.I have another company now coming to clean up their mess and do it properly. Will not return phone calls either, but I would not have them clean up their mess, because I do not trust them. Has many different phone numbers and no website, I guess so you cant reach them. Please beware.
