Partners Home Care is a nonprofit organization and is located in Waltham, Mass. It offers certified, specialty, hospice and private home health services to patients in their homes. The organization is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. Its services include therapies, medical social work, nutrition counseling, education and support programs.
