Glaucoma
We perform retinal photography on all examinations. Retinal photography produces a high resolution image of vital structures in the back of the eye, including the optic nerve, blood vessels, and macula. With this enhanced technology, we are able to identify potential problems more effectively such as early detection of Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Diabetes and systemic cardiovascular issues. We feel retinal photography greatly enhances the level of patient care.
