        Overall

        Purchased fireplace insert on 11/22/2014.

        Thirty minutes after they installed, the fan began to malfunction. Called the office and was told to leave a message for the office, given that it was close to closing time . Left message and got a return call on Wednesday, four (4) days later. Fan still not working properly. Called Friday 11/28/2014, got poor customer service again. Got return call, told that Tech. will be out here on 11/29/2014 Saturday. 7 Seven days later.



        The Customer Service and Management Service is poor and I would not recommend them to a dog.
