American Eagle Store

I ordered a pair of shoes online. I didn't want it, so I came to this store to return. I received my order in the afternoon Mar 21. I took it to the store to return it in the morning Mar 22. The sale associate said she would accepted the return this time, but if she saw some dust on the bottom of the shoes next time. She wouldn't accept the return. I explained to her that I received the shoes about 15h ago. I just tried them on in my house and walked few steps on wood floor. She thought I worn them then returned them. She gave me a bad attitude. I won't never want to come back to this store. I can't understand how America Eagle hires someone like her to represent for their brand. There are a lot of good brands there with excellent customer service that I want to spend my money, not with this store.
