They provide a great support in assisting our clients in setting up an appointment with their contracted collectors/examiners. The response in finding a collector/examiner is within a few days or sooner. Always able to reach the staff for any questions or returning their calls. I would recommend.

I like how they can email the lab results- very helpful. Results are quick but I wish they kept their records for more than 30 days.
