New Balance

I visited the store for the first time today and Julian helped me. I told him what foot problems I have and that I work standing all day. He tested my feet to see what kind of insert and shoes I needed. The ones I bought are perfect so far. No "new shoe break in" needed so they feel good already. I had been going to another local store for a few years but they no longer carried shoes like I needed. These feel better than any shoes I've ever had. Thank you Julian for your help. I'll be back and will tell others about my experience at the store.

I always have a wonderful experience when coming into this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and always willing to help especially the manager Richard he is very helpful, kind and made sure I had the best experience possible
