Carroll's Tire Warehouse

Bought a set of wheels and tires from this shop. Made appt to bring car in 4 days later. When arrived, was told they did not have my tire size in stock and would have to settle for a smaller tire. Then, because the installer was wanting to leave for the day, he slopped through the mounting of the tires and damaged 3 of the 4 wheels. When confronted with this, the management did nothing. Actually said it was not their fault and were not responsible for the damage. The car had not even left the shop, was still on their rack without any wheels on it. How is this owner damage? $1000 dollars for wheels and tires, and this is customer service?Stay away from this shop as far as you can!!!

SERVICE WAS TO HAVE MY CAR LOWERED APPT WAS MADE I TOOK THE TIME TO COME IN EARLY AM DROPPED VEHICLE OFF AS TOLD 1 HR LATER TOLD PARTS TO LOWER VEHICLE WHERE NOT FOR THE VEHICLE. PAID 40.00 DLRS DUE TO MECHANIC REMOVING AND WORKING ON CAR.. TURNED OUT MECHANIC JUST DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON MY CAR TO MUCH WORK? SAID PARTS WHERE WRONG CALLED MANUFACTURE OF THE LOWERING COILS WAS TOLD BY THEM THEY ARE CORRECT ON PART SPECIFICS. REMOVED COILS MYSELF PARTS FOUND TO BE A PERFECT FIT. MANAGER WAS NOT WORRIED ABOUT NOT MAKING BUSINESS RIGHT I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL BELIEVE THE MECHANIC BEFORE THE CUSTOMER.......I ENDED UP TAKING THE VEHICLE TO TF TIRESHOP WHO PROVIDED THE MOST EXCELLANT SERVICE AND PRICE. AND HAD NO PROBLEMS INSTALLING THE PARTS WITH NO ISSUES THAT IT DIDN'T FIT. SO BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU ASK FOR SERVICE AT CARROLL TIRE
