        I have not received my delivery yet.. will post how it goes. I worked with Phil at the Shoreline store. Very helpful and the sales process was easy. He was intuitive to know what I would be satisfied with. I purchased an AMANA electric range and new hood. The delivery and install will be next Thursday. It is good to see that customer service still exists at this old Jack Roberts store. I worked for Jack in the 90's. He was a very good Christian man.

        These People are what service is all About

        I have been doing business with this store for years.You go in and its clean and well lit.Lots of selection.Helpful but not pushy.They go the extra distance to keep their customers happy.I have a 2 year old dryer that wasnt drying quick enough.I called and they told me to check to see if it was venting properly.I did what they suggested and it works great again.And if I have needed a service call in the past its been quick and reasonable...Im a happy customer...:0)
