Kids First Preschool

Whoever is writing good reviews about this place is a worker or got bribed to put something nice. This place does not care about the children. They are mean to the children. They yell at children very loudly and pull them around like dolls. When your kid(s) get hurt they have no idea as to how. They ask other children what happened and pick the most convincing story. As a person who has worked here, I left and started childcare from home because I could not stand how over populated with children we were and how low staffed we were. The owners Pam and Jeff are all about money and over charge parents for every little thing. I have still seen over 20 kids to 2 staff members. And they will quickly have staff run to the room to make it seem like there are more staff or they will call up employees to come in when being evaluated. They do not want to have to pay to many employees so they stay short staffed to save money. This place is a circus act and employees go out for some breaks (cigarettes,weed and other illegal things) and come back smelling that way and acting different. They hire ANYBODY that's why you will always see a hiring sign. The owner was shown the reviews and the bad reviews started vanishing and good ones took over within no time at all. The good reviews are not real or truthful. I warned my friend about this place and she found out the hard way that her infant wasn't being fed and came in to get him only to find him on the floor face down screaming. She said a staff member quickly picked her up as she entered and acted like everything was fine. And when she went home not only was her child starving but she also had dried up poop on her bottom from not being properly cleaned up. Way to many kids for so little staff. Legally you should have 4-6 kids per staff not 20 something to 2 staff members. Total chaos. I do not recommend anyone bring their children that they love and care for so much, to this horrible childcare. No way in h*ll!

Great Place! My child has been at KidsFirst since he was 9 weeks old, he is now 18 months and thriving here. I really appreciate ALL of the staff at KidsFirst. The person who wrote the review in 2015 is certainly disgruntled but I have not had any of those issues. Sure he’s gotten sick but all kids get sick at a young age, it’s called germs and life! It is not disgusting or dirty, it’s no ‘clean room’ but clean as can be. My child has had his share of bumps and bruises, but he’s a kid. Every time my child is sent home with an ouch report the staff is always open to share what happened without hesitation. They have always been kind and caring with my child and with me. I give huge credit to the owners and staff here, they have always taken great care of my son. The owners are wonderful and many of the employees have been there for a number of years; a huge plus and says A LOT about the management. I'm glad I chose KidsFirst!

Giving this place one star is being nice. This place is horrible, disgusting, and unsanitary. I would not recommend this center to no one. My child was always sick, the staff was not the nicest and when it came down to asking what happened when my child had a mark, would never have a straight answer. While my child was there he got pneumonia, yeast infection, always had a runny nose, coughing, ect. The place smells bad as you walk in to the "classroom." OVETALL HORRIBLE!
