Great experience and honest salesperson (Oscar). Oscar was patient and allowed us to check and make sure that the car was mechanically sound.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey. The DVD had been removed from the vehicle, but they gladly put one in, got me floor mats and a key FOB. They had the vehicle cleaned up for us and made the signing process very smooth. They really deserve 5 stars but holding one back because the fuel light was on when I drove it off the lot, coulda spotted me a few gallons. But overall a very good experience.

I gave 5 star because they deserve for it, I bought 2008 Honda Odyssey and I take Honda show room for inspection and issue reported brand1autos repaired all. I suspect some balancing issue originally I found they fixed after one month because of my tight work schedule. Harris is friendly and he suggest us if we want he'll install for 2 DVD players since we have 2 kids for free and we got them. I'll definitely recommend friends and families.

Very smart and very very effficent!!!!!!!!!!! They took extra steps to make my dream come true of owning a black on black TL. I did read some mixed reviews but the presentation of their products was so good that I decided to pay them a visit. when I arrived to there location the sale person was not pushy and well manered, after test driving it I decided to have the car inspected. I took the car to Ed voyles acura everything checked out be good and came to find out that one of the service advisor also bought a car from them and was very happy with it, that really made me feel better. way to go BRAND ONE...

He tries to be a very innocent person on his replies where people are not at all happy with their purchase. Be very careful whenbuying a car from him. I am just a normal person trying to make a living others. MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

we bought a car from Brand 1 back in March. Although the car didn't end up working out for us due to some mechanical problems that Brand 1 was unaware of, they did everything to make it right and refunded us our for our purchase. they handled the situation in a professional manner and we appreciate them going the distance in order to correct the situation.

I called Brand 1 Autos Monday 5/9/11. Got all the info I could on a 2002 Acura MDX before I drove 4 hours to get there. My first hint should have been when I called Brian the salesman he constantly cut me off said he would call back in 10 mins was 3 hours and I had to call back, said he needed to give his customers his attention well I was a customer too! Here's the biggie... Drove over 200 miles (4 hours) (p.s. his excuse on the other reviews is that these are competitors ratings, I am NOT a competitor I am strictly a consumer). The ad on Craigslist and there OWN website had a completely different picture than what was there for sale. I would not have driven that far for what was on there lot. They lied to me in many ways. Said it didn't have paint work done, minor wreck on car fax, no rust, few small dents. Well, the back bumper was replaced had been painted you could see it. There were about 8 dents. Paint chip on the front hood size of pinky that was rusted. Not to mention the biggest thing of all was the advertised photos of the vehicle. It was nothing not even close to what it looked like. I did not purchase a vehicle from them. They will be reported to BBB. The manager Haris said he would not discount any, just throw in running boards which still didn't justify all the lies or get close to what the original pic looked like. His phone rang, he walked off and no apology what so ever just defended himself. They said the pics were swapped online from the 2004 they had. Well Brian pulled up the 2004 which showed a 2002 but guess what, still wasn't even the same one in there lot! I hollered at a customer before I left and told them not to buy from them. They are liers, the worst customer service I have ever seen and I work for a company that thrives on customer service. They don't know there vehicles, I asked if it had a spoiler like what the swapped picture was supposed to look like, Brian said yes, I had my sister go out and look and it did not. They don't even know what there cars look like. Not to mention the place was a dump. Oh yea the dvd player they installed was not secure to the ceiling which will result in a sagging ceiling. I had cash money and they didn't get a penny! They will be reported and I hope they go out of business soon for there crookedness!!!!

I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Brand 1 Autos in jan 2011. I had the car inspected by my mechanic after reading some of these reviews. The car checked out to be in good conditiom. the only thing we did is changing the brake pads. If you are buying a used car keep in mind it 's a machine and can have issues. Do not judge people from what you read just do you homework before buying a used car because i do not think any used car dealership is free from some bad experiences. I am enjoying my Van, and do not have any problem with it.

Just purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey from them. Car showed clean carfax. About an hour after purchasing the car, someone backed into me in a parking lot, denting the rear bumper. We took the car to our nearest Honda dealer to have it repaired. When they removed the bumper, they found that the entire section underneath the bumper was burnt to a crisp. Thongs were literally melted. There were two separate seat belts in the back along w/ many other things where they'd tried to conceal the damage. The General manager @ the Honda dealership called me personally to say that this car is not even safe to drive.

We are in the midst of trying to get a full refund from Brand 1. And after reading these reviews, are very seriously considering having them investigated & pursuing legal action against them.

2009 Honda Accord with clean carfax. Drove 6hrs and was assured that the vehicle has not been in any accident! It has a clean & clear carfax & title! The vehicle has been repainted & has a salvage transmission with a different vin#. All the speakers in the rear are gone and all harnesses for the speakers are cut! Paint is visible all throughout the trunk where the speakers would be. The rear quarter panel has been replaced! All side plastic panels and the rear seat were not attached! Its salvage !! Selling salvage vehicle!!

Me too ... He gave me a bad autocheck ... later on to find out that the airbag deployed with carfax.



Please be extra careful if you do business here. It's best to stay away.

I bought a Honda odyssey recently and found out later it was a salvage vehicle .

BEWARE BEWARE..never buy from him. I had to spend an additional 1100 to get things fixed . he has a local body shop and no where the body work is reported.

I lost 24K for a fixed up vehicle. I give negative Stars
