        On hold with them for 20 minutes now waiting for a supervisor because my package was basically lost saying was undeliverable when my address has been the same for 20 yrs and get this also person puts no such address but left a note where to pick up package if there no such address where did u put that notice..

        i believe the service to our condo development is ridiculous. today feb 18 i did not get mail delivery until 6:30 pm. this is totally unacceptable . i am a senior citizen on a fixed income and had a financial meeting at 4:00pm which could not happen because of late delivery. i live in the madison complex and we always get the short end of the stick . when can someone at the post office fix this problem. this is a large condo complex and we are always last to get mail delivery. the service stinks and i would like to know what can be done about it.
