Dental Examination
Patients new to our practice initially receive a comprehensive examination, which includes a screening for oral cancer, gum and bone disease, blood pressure, and systemic disorders. All of our existing patients are monitored for any changes.
X-rays
The physical process for digital x-rays is actually similar to traditional dental X-rays that use film: with digital x-rays, the dentist inserts a reflector into your mouth to capture images of your teeth â€” but thatâ€™s where the similarities between conventional and digital dental X-rays end. Although it resembles the traditional film used for bitewings and other older X-rays, the digital reflector is electronic and connected to a computer. Once the X-ray is taken, the image is immediately projected on a screen for your dentist to view.

Space Maintainers

Since, he has returned to and involved himself in his native Philadelphia areaâ€™s orthodontic community as a private practice clinician and an attending at Einstein Hospitalâ€™s graduate orthodontic residency program. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists and the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.Away from the office, Dr. Etter enjoys a number of hobbies including hiking, baking, and playing hockey. He currently lives in Bucks County, PA with his two daughters and his wife, who he has known since 1999.
