Squeeky Kleen Car Wash Lube Detailing

Signed up for the $30 a month car was my car is black and has less than 800 miles on it, came home today to wipe down rims and rims and chewed up in 2 places and car has multiple scratches on it pissed beyond pissed total bullshit I don't recommend this place whatsoever, also another experience. I took my car to get an oil change got it home and the oil light came on oil everywhere under the car because they put the oil filter in crooked, I called the manger and he said just drive it back up here. Like really you almost blew up my engine and you want me to drive it back up there, never again will I go back there so unprofessional

Recently, I took my car here to get detailed. I got their "complete detail" package for $125. This place needs to learn the definition of detailing. My visor mirror wasn't touched, the seats were not even shampooed (lint is still showing), spots were missed throughout the inside of the car. The owner (Chris) told me his crew spent almost 4 hours on the job. I find that hard to believe. For the outside of my car, the only positive was they did a good job on the tires....but for the rest, they basically just ran it through the car wash.

Lastly, and sadly this was the least of my concern but the only item I left in my car console was my car cell phone charger. That was missing when I got my car back.

I can't believe this place! I went there yesterday at 3:00 to get the side of my door cleaned as something spilled into my window jam. After sitting there for 30 minutes I was told to come back tomorrow since it was too dark and they couldn't see well enough to clean my door. I was told it would take 20 minutes and was reassured that if I went during my lunch break I would be in and out. I went there today as we discussed and everyone was clueless. It turns out the person I was talking to yesterday is not a detailer so the receptionist called in the detailer- who did not want to take my door apart to clean it, as the receptionist was talking to him he walked out. The receptionist apologized for him. Ten minutes later the detailer (Nick) walked back in and said "I guess I'll take a look at it" and put his hand out for my keys. Since I was now pressed for time I gave them to him but if I didn't need this car clean by tonight I would have walked out. 45 minutes later I asked when my car would be ready since the manager I spoke with yesterday (Chris) told me it would take 20 minutes. I was advised it would take another 20 minutes and told the receptionist to put my door back on because I needed to get back to work. She went into the shop and came back out telling me it would be an additional 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I looked outside and saw my car running with the keys in the ignition. Without a word from anyone I left, assuming their work was done. I will NEVER go back here, what a joke.

This car wash cleans the best in town and has the nicest people. If you realize it, it is right of 37 wit an easy in and out.
