Sundancer Apartments

The new managment is horrible!! They will not fix anything. Ive been without hot water for months, but it is ok because there is a "work order" to "check it out". Anytime you talk with managment its as if im intruding on their time. If you dont mind all the stray cats and taking ice cold showers then this is the place for you! THE MANAGMENT IS HORRIBLE AND WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME OUT HER DAY TO HELP HER TENNETS.

9-20-2014 Property was SOLD. The new Mgmt co STINKS!!!! The old manager (Roxane) ran this place like she owned it. I can not wait until my lease is up! Quite a few people have bailed out because they don't fix stuff, office is always closed. The new people sit in the office and go home on Friday and don't much care what happens here! Leave you without a/c for days!!! Roxane made sure ANYTHING was fixed the same day and if by some freak instance there was a glitch she kept you INFORMED and you knew exactly when it would be. My best advice is find out where Roxane Songer is working and live there. You will be glad you did. Managers like her are a rare find indeed.

Great place to live. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the cats. There not hanging out by my apartment too much, but I think you can smell the poop all over the place.

If you want to live in a complex where the people are happy to call this place home....MOVE HERE. If you can get an apartment here you will not be sorry. Roxane is an awesome Manager and truly cares about the people who live here. She runs a tight ship and it is so QUIET here. After a hecktic day it is nice to know when you get home it is soooo peaceful. Check it out!!! If you need an apartment look early or you wont get a place. It is always full. I am a return tenant. I moved out and couldnt wait til my lease was up so I could move back!!!!!!!! Great place to live.

I moved to these apartments 4 years ago. Over two years ago a new Management Co. and manager arrived at Sundancer Apartments. What we got was a manager that works real hard at what she does. The manager treats the place like it is her property. Roxanne is always working on something to make this a better place to live. Everyone feels safe here now and when times get tough and you are in a bind she helps you figure out a plan to get back on track. She helps people find jobs if they lose theirs. She helps with the landscaping, planting and keeping the property free of trash. She don't allow people to loiter on the property, play their music loud when entering or leaving the complex. So to the lady that didn't rent here because she saw her outside smoking.....I say you missed out on a great place to live because you needlessly judged someone you didn't even know. Around the time of your post she had just lost both of her parents 19 days apart. I will live here as long as she is the manage

If you are looking for a nice place to live, this is it. The Manager is fair to all tenants and tries to help everyone. The apartments super clean when you move in and repairs are made the same day by the great maint. staff. The property is very clean always.

I highly recommend this apartment complex as it is reasonably priced and the manager keeps everything running efficiently. Any problems that arise are handled in a very timely manner, the place is kept very clean and is quiet and peaceful.

I went to go look at this apartments and wasn't very impressed I was greeted by the manager that was outside the main office smoking a cigarette which to me was very unprofessional she gave me a bad vibe so I decided to look somewhere else.
