Pet Supplies Plus

The staff was very helpful and kind. They carried our aquarium out to the car. Plus, they ordered it in advance and held it till our purchase date! I'd recommend them to anyone.

the people at this store are very RUDE. especially the woman manager . she acts like she hates her job . workers follow us around the store constantly up and down the ailses as if were going to steal something . were been going there for years. woman was very rude to us as we asked to see an animal . we were told that :" this was not a petting zoo " we were told we could not see the animal unless we were purchasing it . we wanted to see if it was friendly or mean . we certainly did not want to get a pet that was going to bite our daughter . i referred to the manager what the small animal woman told us rudely. he laughed in my face . . well that was the last time i spent my money there . since not retuning , ive gone to petco , they price match any other store!!!!!! to bad for pet supplies plus , since then were purchased: 3 hamster cages , 2 rat cages , 3 rats , a hamster, a hamster ball, 3 bags of hamster food,1bag of rabbit food, and a bag of rat food. they messed up with us !!! we spend alot of money but not with them anymore . please check out petco
