        Worst park in Colo. Check around the rent is the highest around. Goes up every yr. They will charge for everything they can. Never plow the streets, ice builds up all winter. Management is always rude. Stuck here after buying a home. Right before X Mas they raise rent and have cars towed off that are parked in the street no notice. The place looks like trailer trash.
