Flowers by Neil/Gifts of Distinction

This florist / giftshop is the best I have ever seen. The customer service is 2nd to none. My experience with this company has been the most delightful I have had. The flowers are the most beautiful I have ever seen and the prices are more than affordable for anyone. I have been to other shops in Thomasville and would never go back. Flowers By Neil did the flower arangements for my daughters wedding and the flowers were beautiful. He and his staff gave attenton to every detail from the wedding to the reception.. Thank You for all you do.

The lady promised the flowers by 11:00. I called my mom at 1:30 to see if she received them. She had not so I called Neil's and they didn't care. I was not appologized to or compensated. When I told them I would not be ordering again, they told me to order from somewhere else. I will and I think others should too. All they had to do was call and tell me that they were going to be late and I would have understood. I don't think they value their customers. Some stores forget that the customer is always right and this is one of those stores!

yes the flowers are pretty but the staff is not and not the best value for your money beside who wants to be told that the flowers are too expensive for them to buy dont go here they are rude well neil isnt but the lady is not helpful at all and the prices are outrageous compared to the other floral shops around Thomasville do yourself a favor and look around I did and found a very nice place with flowers just as gorgeous and at a better rate Just go to Elliots
