Bug Guardian

We have been Bug Guardian Customers for about 5 years and couldn't be happier. We rarely see pests (never inside) and recently the team at Bug Guardian kept us from having to move out of our new home! Upon move-in we discovered there was a scorpion infestation in the backyard due to a large raised wooden deck - and to make matters worse, they were getting inside! Under the deck were tons of river rock and drip line leaks, or in other words, a scorpions heaven! On top of everything, the house backs a common area, which is largely uncontrolled and not sprayed by the HOA. Upon discovering our lovely infestation we contacted our tech John and asked what we should do - he advised we do a night hunt to see just what we were dealing with. Upon doing so we found WAY TOO MANY (about 40) scorpions out and about, just crawling around like they owned the place. There were entire generations breeding on our back wall! From large to itty-bitty they were harboring behind and under the deck, and our neighbors said they would watch them crawl over from our yard into theirs! OMG! Considering we have two young children (5 & 2) and a small 10b poodle, this was NOT ACCEPTABLE. We were going to STOP our move and find a different home, but Tom and John assured us they could get ahold of the situation. Within days Tom had his team out to seal the foundation, to ensure when the deck was removed the scorpions wouldn't flee into the house. And John was out hours following the deck removal to spray the property and blast powder into the surrounding brick wall. I KID YOU NOT, within 7 days the scorpion population went from dozens a night to less than half a dozen! Within a month, they were gone. My husband now does night hunts a few times a week and we are ECSTATIC to report we have not had any outside. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, we have not had one inside since Bug Guardian sealed the foundation!! We are so incredibly thankful to the team at Bug Guardian!! When our friends heard what was going on they kept telling us to go to other companies that "specialized" in scorpions. I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN!!! Not only was Bug Guardian prompt about treating our problem, they did so for an affordable cost, 100% guaranteed their work and I know from working with them for 5 years that they will continue to provide me with a service I can rely on. If you have pest problems, no matter how big, I HIGHLY recommend Bug Guardian! They will get to the source of the problem and eradicate your pests FAST! I just had my first treatment and have never been in better hands. I explained the troubles I had with my previous company and he addressed and explained in plain English how he was going to resolve my concerns. He spent more than an hour at my house AND they are super competitive in the market.

These guys are the best!!! I got stung by a scorpion last night and it was incredibly painful. I saw the scorpion crawl under my couch and I couldn't even think about trying to find it to kill it. I called Bug Guardian this morning and Tom was very helpful. Cody was at my house two hours later and he did everything possible to find the critter (tore my couch up, a 3 piece interlocking sectional & put it back together) and sprayed every inch of my house. Thank you so much for doing everything to make me feel comfortable in my house again! You guys have a customer for life in me!

I switched to Bug Guardian from another company that was unable to control our scorpion issue. Within 2 months time, we no longer saw scorpions inside OR outside our home. In addition we have not seen ANY bug activity at all. Anthony, our service technician, is a great resource and very professional during each visit. So far all I have is positive to report with this company!

I have been using Bug Guardian since July of 2013 and can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with their services. I had a terrible scorpion issue inside and outside of my Gilbert home that caused my family a lot of stress and anxiety. I liked the fact that I didn't have to sign up for a contract and the monthly cost was very competitive. Because they have done such a great job and it didn't take long for the scorpion issue to be resolved, I have kept the service up monthly. My technician is John who has excellent customer service skills and is undeniably dedicated to his job in making sure your home is free of pests. He's also very flexible with scheduling and always sends me a text message reminder which I truly appreciate. Bug Guardian has been awesome for us! We started using them last year after finding scorpions inside the house on a weekly basis. This summer so far we've seen none inside at all! Gary is the guy who takes care of us and he's fantastic! He has great communication and always texts me the day before service. He's been very responsive if I've had to change times at the last minute. Gary is always on time and has never been late or missed an appointment. He always makes sure to check with me for any "sightings" and adjusts his approach accordingly! I highly recommend Bug guardian

This company is always on time and extremely friendly! The service they provide they stand behind. Any and all the questions that I have had have been answered. I haven't had any issues with yucky bugs/spiders/scorpians now since they have been treating my home. Highly recommend using this company!

We have had Bug Guardian as our pest prevention for the past 10 months and counting. They are by far the best pest control company we have dealt with. We live at the base of South Mountain, literally a dessert haven for scorpions, bugs, critters of all makes. Having said that we have been using Bug Guardian Pest Prevention for the last year, and we have not seen one scorpion! The few bugs we have seen were no longer crawling when we came across them. These guys are great, they always ask what has been happening, if there are any issues and they always take initiative to treat and prevent! I highly recommend!

Our tech is Gary and he is always professional and on time. We switched from another company to Bug Guardian and couldn't be happier! The products they use are very effective. We have been completely satisfied with our service from Bug Guardian, and have been using them for our home for almost 2 years now. Our technician John is always on time, and comes at the same time each month making it very convenient. We have small children in our home and had a scorpion problem before calling Bug Guardian. We have been extremely happy to report that we have not seen one scorpion in our home since! We would highly recommend Bug Guardian!

I have been using BUG GUARDIAN Pest Prevention for about 2 years now and am very pleased with them. They have taken care of my problems with scorpions, spiders and bugs on my property. They provide the best service in the Valley. Gary always comes right on time every month and is never late. He makes sure to ask me if I've seen any new bugs. Gary is the best!

They are the best! John comes once a month and always takes the time to ask us how our service has been the past month, and if there is anything we need. Everytime I call and leave a voicemail, it is always him personally that calls back so I don't have to talk to a different person everytime. Excellent customer service and excellent product - we haven't seen so much as an ant in our house!! :)

We have lived in our house about 7 years and have a had a few ant invasions, and we took care of those on our own. Then last spring we saw our first scorpion. Ants I can deal with - scorpions no way. So I looked for a local pest prevention. First I spoke with Gary who set me up for an appointment about a week and half out from the initial call.John is our service man and he is great! Always upbeat, professional and wanting to make sure our concerns are taken care of. Initially when setting up this service I thought we would only use it for a couple months... now it's been almost a year bug/ pest free. Feels great!

We have used Gary for over 5 years and followed him to Bug Guardian. We now use John and he is good too. He is really great about working around our busy schedules. We make sure to use them as prevention, but know they are here for us if we encounter any problems in between service visits.

We have used Bug Guardian since we moved to Arizona last year. Gerry has always been our technician and we are very happy with him and his service. We use the "safer" spray which is better for our dogs and baby and have never had an issue, nor have we ever seen any bugs. Overall we are pleased with Bug Guardian and would recommend them to anyone!
