Same thing happened to us. The owner is horrible. We ordered 3 guys and a 26 ft truck- arrive 7-8 am. At 8am we called and waited another hour for 2 men and a 14 ft truck. initially the man on the phone stated he would waive charges for the second trip due to the truck. No problem. They held our second load hostage- they tried to change us 4.5 times the initial amount. We finally settled on 3 times higher after the owner screamed and cursed out 2 of my family members. Worst company I have EVER dealt with.

I was lied to twice and they wouldn't unload my belongings from their truck until I paid almost 3 times what I was quoted when I made the appointment. There was nothing about the move that was any different from what I explained to them them when I made the appointment. There was also no itemization or explanation for the higher charges on the invoice they gave me. When I called the company I got nowhere and hung up in frustration. I paid the higher charge because it was the only way to get my belongings back. This is known as extortion. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
