Jay Bo Cafe

The owner took my order but did not speak English well... the order was completely wrong. What was meant to feed 3 people was only a meal for one! When I called to complain I was told I would be sent another order for free... items that were missing would be brought etc. But I was put on hold so long I hung up.

When I called back I was told that the correct order would be brought for $6.. but when the order showed up the driver told me, "I do not under stand their logic but the boss charged you another $14." The second charge was on top of the $21 I already paid for the wrong order.. I told the driver to take the food back with a 'screw you' message to her boss.

I called the cafe and the boss yelled at me saying... "I will charge you!!" I told him it was a crime to charge me MORE than what I was told and without my approval but he said he would not reverse the charge and DARED me to call the cops!!!

I called the Taunton Police Business line and they took matters from there!!!!

They should be reported and closed down...
